These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Maksim Kolbyshev IT & KI-Lösungen concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. 1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or would subject us to any registration requirement. You agree to provide current and accurate information for all purchases and to update your details as needed. All payments are in Euros. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or limit any order.

6. Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Create the new request for new subscription.

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial to new users. After the trial, the subscription is suspended until upgraded to a paid version.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Email with any questions.

Fee Changes

We may change subscription fees and will communicate any price changes as required by law.

7. Refunds Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

8. Software

If software provided through the Services is accompanied by an end-user license agreement (“EULA”), that EULA governs. If not, you receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with the Services, “as is,” without warranties.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include (without limitation):

• Systematically retrieving data to create databases or directories
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us or other users
• Circumventing security features
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Automated use of the system without permission
• Reverse-engineering the Services’ software
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Services

10. User Generated Contributions

The Services do not currently allow user-submitted content. If enabled in the future, you will be responsible for ensuring your contributions comply with these Legal Terms.

11. Contribution License

By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use and share it for any purpose without compensation. You retain ownership of your content but agree we are not liable for any statements in your contributions.

12. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may link to third-party sites or content. We are not responsible for those sites or content and you access them at your own risk.

13. Services Management

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services, take legal action against violators, remove burdensome content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.

The parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days before arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

Restrictions & Exceptions

Arbitration is limited to individual disputes. Certain disputes (e.g., IP enforcement) may proceed in court.

Information on the Services may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct them without notice.

20. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any).
